Once you have placed your deposit and started your order, our on-staff graphic artist will create a digital mock-up within 2-3 business days. This allows you to visualize your final product and request any necessary adjustments before production begins. 

Once you approve your order, production takes approximately 7-10 business days. 

Our team works diligently to ensure high-quality results while meeting deadlines.

Expedited orders may be subject to additional fees, depending on the complexity and urgency of the request.

It depends on the type of product you need:

  • Screen Printing – 6 pieces. Since screen printing requires custom screens for each design, a six-piece minimum helps cover setup time and costs while ensuring a quality print result. Check out our apparel section to see what we offer.
  • Vinyl, Direct-to-Film Transfers, Sublimation – 1 piece. These methods allow for single-item production and are ideal for custom apparel, promotional products, and personalized gifts.
  • Engraved Items – 1 piece. Engraving provides a precise and detailed design, making it ideal for corporate branding, awards, and personalized gifts.
  • Embroidery – 1 piece. Embroidery offers a high-end, durable finish, perfect for apparel, hats, and uniforms that require a professional look.
  • Promotional Items – Minimum quantity varies depending on the item. Some promotional items may have higher minimums due to bulk ordering processes and manufacturing requirements.

The quoted price includes everything except sales tax—no hidden fees or surprise charges! We believe in keeping our pricing transparent and fair!

Yes! With the right care, our lead-free high-quality inks can last for years. 

Proper washing and handling techniques will extend the lifespan of your screen-printed items. 

To maintain their durability, we recommend turning garments inside out before washing, using cold water, and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach. 

Drying on low heat or air drying will also help preserve the print.

Yes, but they must be in new, unwashed, unworn, and unused condition with the original tags still attached. 

We do not accept laundered or previously worn items to ensure the highest quality results.

We can work from a rough idea, a high-resolution PDF or PNG file, or even a previous shirt you had printed.
